Raised in the discipline of classical French kitchens, Chef Raoul Meuwese was trained at renowned restaurants including Michelin-starred Seinpost and De Hoefslag. At Oriole, he brings a lighter, Mediterranean touch to his cooking: combining precise technique with fresh, seasonal ingredients and vibrant flavours, shaped by both international influences and a strong sense of place.

The Garden Terrace comes alive throughout the season with a curated program of events. From live music sessions to relaxed summer gatherings, each moment adds to the vibrant yet laid-back atmosphere of this hidden courtyard oasis.

On selected Sundays this summer, Oriole hosts a Sunday Brunch, where seasonal dishes are served in a shared, course-style format, accompanied by live music in a relaxed yet festive atmosphere. A perfect way to gather, linger, and celebrate the season.
