- Dogs must be kept on a leash and remain under their owner's control at all times.

- Dogs are not permitted on chairs, sofas, benches, or tables.

- Any dog displaying disruptive, aggressive, or excessive barking behaviour may be asked to leave at the discretion of management.

- Guests wishing to dine with their dog are kindly requested to inform the restaurant when making their reservation.

Butler service also includes personalised rooming, (un)packing of suitcases, and presenting of ‘pillow menus’ and ‘bath rituals’. The butler provides a unique and direct line between the guest and the hotel services offered, such as rentals of cars and limousines, bicycles and chariots, laundry service and shoe polishing, reservations in restaurants and clubs, excursions and tours, and anything else to make a guest’s stay at The Grand as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Discover the unique history of The Grand by taking a tour through the hotel, specially organized for our hotel guests. During this daily tour, starting at 11 am each day, the rich history and architecture of the hotel, the building and its surroundings are explained.

Flowers add beauty to any thoughtful occasion and grace to every special event. From personalised floral arrangements to bouquets and special gift baskets, The Floral Designers always create something distinctly unique for that special someone.

The boutique is open from Monday till Friday from 9 am until 5 pm. Besides regular opening times, the shop is also open by appointment.

If a long day of meetings or strolling around the city has you in the mood to relax in the peace and comfort of your own room, place an order from room service. This option is available 24 hours a day and features a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner selections that will be delivered to your door quickly.

The typical Dutch way to explore Amsterdam is by bike. Blend in with the locals and pick up your bike at the Concierge to paddle along the canals to the Vondelpark and discover parts of Amsterdam, not accessible by bus or boat.
