An Evening of French Elegance
We are delighted to present the first chapter in our Wine Dinner Series, in partnership with the French wine house Maison Trimbach, on the 15th of April 2026.
For 13 generations, Maison Trimbach has been at the heart of Alsace winemaking. Founded in 1626, the family estate has become renowned for producing wines of exceptional purity, elegance, and character. In 2025, Maison Trimbach was honoured as “Brand of the Year” by La Revue du Vin de France, reaffirming its legacy of excellence.
For this edition, Executive Chef Raoul Meuwese has prepared a four course Menu du Chef, each dish thoughtfully chosen to complement an exclusive Trimbach wine. Every pairing showcases the wine’s character, structure, and story, offering a complete culinary journey.
We are delighted to welcome Mathis Launoy, official representative and host of the Trimbach Winery, as your guide for the evening. With his knowledge of the estate, its terroir, and its celebrated cuvées, Mathis will share personal insights into the family’s winemaking philosophy and the unique.

The experience is available at a set price of €125 per person, including all four courses and wine pairings. It will take place on Wednesday, the 15th of April 2026 starting at 6 pm until 10 pm.
